OFFICIAL RULES AND GUIDELINES (1) The raffle will run from May 1, 2009 through September 19, 2009. (2) The prizes will be drawn at the Beaux Arts Ball on the evening of September 19, 2009. (3) The winner does not have to be present at the Ball to obtain his/her prize. (4) There will be three prizes: a trip to London valued at $3,000; a trip to Nashville, TN or Branson, MO valued at $1500; and two season subscriptions to AFAÕs 2009-2010 season, valued at $500. (5) The trips are redeemable for cash, $2000 for first prize; and $1000 for second. (6) Raffle tickets are not tax deductible. (7) There will be a maximum of 240 tickets. (8) Tickets will be sold by the AFA box office and by individual Board members.
